Terms of Service

DraftSync is a curated digital platform offering premium architectural resources, AutoCAD blocks, floor plans, design packages, render files, presentation boards, and related digital assets for architects, designers, students, and creative professionals.

By accessing DraftSync, creating an account, downloading free resources, purchasing digital products, or requesting custom services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on DraftSync are digital files. No physical products are shipped. Products may include DWG files, PDF drawings, SketchUp models, Photoshop files, rendered images, presentation boards, ZIP packages, and other design resources.

2. Account Access

Certain downloads, including complimentary resources, may require a DraftSync account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DraftSync does not store your credit card number, banking information, or full payment details.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, access to your digital files is provided through your DraftSync account, download page, email, or secure download link. Some large files may be delivered through secure cloud storage.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe each product clearly, including included files, formats, previews, and intended use. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing.

6. Software Compatibility

DraftSync files may require third-party software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, or compatible alternatives. DraftSync is not responsible if a customer does not have the required software or technical knowledge to use a file.

7. Permitted Use

Purchased files may be used for your own personal, academic, portfolio, professional, and client projects, subject to the DraftSync License Agreement.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, gift, repackage, or claim DraftSync files as your own product or collection. DraftSync resources may not be uploaded to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, or public libraries.

9. Intellectual Property

All original DraftSync files, previews, designs, graphics, descriptions, branding, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of DraftSync unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product grants usage rights, not ownership of the original resource.

10. Custom Project Requests

Custom project requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, timeline, or delivery until confirmed by DraftSync.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the DraftSync Refund Policy. Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final unless a valid technical or delivery issue is confirmed.

12. Changes to Products or Services

DraftSync may update, modify, remove, rename, bundle, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

DraftSync is not responsible for project errors, construction decisions, permit issues, code compliance, professional approvals, or damages resulting from use or misuse of downloaded files. Customers must verify suitability before using resources in real projects.
