License Agreement

This License Agreement explains how DraftSync digital products may be used after purchase or download. By accessing any DraftSync file, you agree to follow these license terms.

1. Standard License

Unless otherwise stated, all DraftSync products are provided under a Standard License. This license gives you permission to use the files in your own design work, presentations, portfolio projects, academic work, and client projects.

2. What You May Do

You may use DraftSync files in personal projects, commercial projects, client presentations, interior design concepts, architectural drawings, portfolio work, academic submissions, concept studies, and internal business workflows.

3. Modification Rights

You may edit, scale, adapt, combine, recolor, modify, or customize DraftSync files for your own project needs. Modified files may be used in your own drawings, renders, layouts, boards, and project presentations.

4. Client Work

You may use purchased DraftSync resources as part of work prepared for your clients, provided the original files are not delivered, resold, or redistributed as standalone resources.

5. Academic and Portfolio Use

Students and designers may use DraftSync resources in school projects, portfolios, visual presentations, and architectural concept studies. Credit is appreciated but not required.

6. What You May Not Do

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, gift, share, lease, license, or repackage DraftSync files as standalone products, bundles, templates, downloadable assets, or marketplace listings.

7. Marketplace Restrictions

DraftSync files may not be uploaded to Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Fiverr, Upwork, TurboSquid, CGTrader, Sketchfab, CAD libraries, file-sharing websites, Telegram groups, Discord servers, or any similar marketplace or distribution platform.

8. Bundle and Collection Restrictions

You may not include DraftSync resources inside your own CAD bundle, design library, block collection, template package, course download, or digital product collection.

9. Ownership

Purchasing or downloading a DraftSync product gives you usage rights only. Ownership of the original files, designs, previews, descriptions, and resource libraries remains with DraftSync.

10. Free Resources

Complimentary DraftSync resources are also protected by this License Agreement. Free downloads may be used in your own projects, but they may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged.

11. Architecture Packages

Complete architecture packages may include CAD drawings, 3D models, render files, Photoshop files, presentation boards, and image assets. These files are provided for reference, presentation, study, inspiration, and design workflow use.

12. No Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your DraftSync license to another person, company, class, team, or organization. Each user or business must purchase their own license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
